Happy new year to all of you reading this post. I'm hoping the new year brings lots of good luck, good times and is just a great year for everyone.
A bet a lot of you are hoping to stick to a new years resolution this year again, like many others (myself Included). I like some of you fail at these resolutions each year. I've come to realize that I've been going about it the hard way.
This year I've decided to start off small and build up. One of my resolutions is to create more blog posts more often, so I'm breaking it down into manageable goals. Rather than posting everyday to start with I'm going to start with once a week, then build up from there.
I've also decided rather than just looking good I'm going to try to make myself feel good, after all what's the point of looking drop dead gorgeous (so not me) and not feeling it. For myself again I'm going to start off small be it just drinking one more cup of water a day, or actually doing one thing on my to do list for that day (I have a habit of hiding them once written).
By the end of 2019 I'm hoping all these little goals will have added up to achieving a healthier version of myself, than what I currently am, both mentally and physically. I'm also hoping everyone who reads this is able to achieve their goals too. Let us know what your goals are for the new year and maybe we can encourage each other.
